Peak District Cotton Grass
A sea of cotton grass on the Ringinglow Moors in the Peak District National Park.
Cotton grass is a member of the sedge family and in early summer can be found covering desolate boggy areas of moorland, easily recognisable by its fluffy white seed heads.
