Lathkill Dale Sunrise Portrait

Pre dawn colour at Parson’s Tor above Lathkill Dale in the Peak District National Park. This is the first image from the morning and definitely one of my favourites, I’ve never seen a sky quite like it!

Although the forecast had predicted thick cloud cover I decided to head out to Lathkill Dale anyway in the hopes of catching some pre dawn colour. For once my wish actually came true and I was treated to some amazing pink clouds.
