  • A pair of golden jackals giving me a cautious stare, New Delhi, India. These wolf like canids are incredibly wary and have been very difficult to photograph. However after lots of perseverance and a change in tactics I finally started to get some good results! These Indian Golden Jackals have adapted well to life in an urban environment, scavenging leftover bread and fruits brought for the monkeys and feral cows and pigs in Delhi's ridge forest.

  • A powerful male tiger known as Junior Bajrang walking through the long grass in Kanha Meadows in beautiful morning light. Kanha National Park, Madhya Pradesh, India. There is nothing 'junior' about this massive tiger. Bajrang actually roughly translates to 'having a steel frame, very strong and sturdy'. It's always a huge adrenaline rush being so close to such a powerful predator in the wild.
